All items must be unworn and have original tags still attached, in order to be eligible for a return with M. Bolden Boutique.

ALL ITEMS ON SALE OR CLEARANCE ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

We give you 14 days to return your unworn/unused items and we will process your return to the original method of purchase of regular-price items that are unused and undamaged. Items that are on sale are not returnable. Exchanges can be made for the exact same item. If the item is older than 14 days but within 30 days, you may receive store credit.

Please understand that we are a small business. We love to bring our customers the quality of different products, rather than the quantity of the same product repeatedly. The 'floor life' of our product is roughly 30 days. Because of this, we only accept returns within 14 days for a full return or 30 days for store credit (credit does not expire).   

Within 14 days: Your return is processed within 10 business days of receipt and you will get an email your credit amount that will be returned to the payment method used.

Between 15 - 30 days: Your return is processed within 10 business days of receipt and you will get an email with your credit amount and code to use when you checkout online for store credit.

Shipping is non-returnable.
